Chang Fo-Chuan Center for the Study of Human Rights Program is dedicated to fostering a deeper understanding of human rights principles, promoting social justice, and advancing the protection of fundamental freedoms.  In this annual report, we reflect on the strides made in the past year towards these goals, highlighting key initiatives, academic contributions, and community engagements.

This year, the program has continued to empower students, researchers, and activists through educational opportunities, research projects, and collaborative partnerships with local and international organizations. Our commitment to human rights education, advocacy, and the pursuit of justice remains at the core of our mission.

As we look back on our accomplishments, we also acknowledge the ongoing challenges faced by human rights defenders worldwide and reaffirm our dedication to supporting initiatives that address these critical issues. We are proud of the progress made in strengthening our curriculum, expanding outreach efforts, and providing a platform for dialogue and action on pressing human rights concerns.

This report not only summarizes the milestones achieved but also sets the stage for the future of our program as we continue to shape the next generation of human rights advocates, scholars, and leaders. We remain steadfast in our belief that education is a powerful tool for advancing human rights and creating a more just and equitable world.
