1. Submit the Thesis Advisor List

By April 30

First Semester of the Second Year

2. Submit the Thesis Topic

By October 31

3. Submit the Thesis Proposal
Review Committee Member List

By November 15

[The thesis advisor determines the review format:
written review or oral examination.]

4. Submit the Thesis Proposal and
Qualifying Examination Application Form

By December 15

Note: If the deadline falls on a holiday, it will be extended to the next business day.

5. (Written Review)

Written Thesis Proposal Review Results Announced

January 23

5. (Oral Defense)

Thesis Proposal Oral Defense
(including the time and venue)

December 22–January 22

Second Semester of the Second Year

6. Submit the Application for the Thesis Oral Defense

At least one month before the oral defense

(No later than June 30)

7. Complete the Thesis Oral Defense

By July 31
