Office of General Affairs is managed by the Dean of General Affairs. There are 4 divisions altogether, Environmental Safety, Sanitation, General Management, Construction and Maintenance, Storage and Safekeeping, and Cashier’s Division, each with one Head. Based on the most enthusiasm and highest work efficiency to serve all faculties, staffs, and students and build quality campus environment, our colleagues aim to have:

 Diversified efficient service to improve the quality of the campus environment

• Professional repair project to ensure the safety and beauty of the building
• Proper resource management to fully utilize space and equipment
