Soochow University School of Big Data Management Partners with ASU Thunderbird School of Global Management to Launch New Dual Degree Program

On May 4, 2026, Soochow University received a delegation from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University (ASU). Following her appointment, the newly inaugurated Dean, Dr. Charla Griffy Brown, embarked on an international visit, making Soochow University her very first stop in Taiwan, which carries profound significance. The accompanying members included Ms. Helen Wu, Executive Director of Global Partnerships and Operations, and alumnus Mr. Jerry Chen (Class of 1977, Department of Business Administration at Soochow University; Founder of Protrade Applied Materials Corp.), who is an alumnus of both Thunderbird and Soochow University.

Represented by Soochow University President Dr. Chan Chien-Lung and Dean Jin Kai-Yi of the School of Big Data Management, alongside Dean Dr. Charla Griffy Brown representing the Thunderbird School of Global Management, both parties successfully completed the signing ceremony. This milestone further deepens their long-term partnership and officially launches the brand-new dual degree collaboration with the School of Big Data Management.
