Soochow University School of Big Data Management Partners with San José State University (SJSU) College of Information, Data and Society (IDS) on Accelerated Master’s Program

In 2025, the School of Big Data Management at Soochow University officially signed an Accelerated Master’s Program (AMP) agreement with the College of Information, Data and Society (IDS) at San José State University (SJSU), USA.

This collaborative pathway enables Soochow University undergraduate students to enroll in select graduate-level courses during their bachelor's studies, seamlessly bridging into SJSU's master's degree programs to shorten total degree completion time and significantly boost their international academic competitiveness.

The SJSU IDS College integrates core disciplines including computer science, data science, information science, and statistics. Deeply connected with Silicon Valley's technology sector, it is recognized as one of the most promising emerging interdisciplinary technology colleges in the Silicon Valley region.

Grounded in the educational philosophy of "Technology × Society × Ethics," SJSU IDS is dedicated to cultivating interdisciplinary technology professionals who understand the societal impacts of technological advancement while mastering data analytics and AI applications.
