To improve employability and job placement rates, particularly for recent graduates, the following 4 initiatives are introduced:
- Online Job Fair:
SCU Jobs & internships platform hosts an annual online job fair from March to June every year, enabling students to access up-to-date corporate recruitment information. The platform also facilitates resume reviews and mock interviews, integrated with career counseling.
- Recruitment Information Sessions:
Companies are invited to share insights on their corporate culture, industry trends, corporate development, and job opportunities, offering students a comprehensive understanding of potential employers and aiding their smooth entry into the workforce.
- Career Lectures:
Timed with the job-hunting season, these lectures and workshops cover topics like professional attire, resume writing skills, and alumni career experiences, equipping students with valuable insights and job-seeking strategies.
- Work for International Students in Taiwan:
The program connects with companies to offer job opportunities specifically for international students, along with assistance in navigating the application process for them to work in Taiwan.
