Secretary Affairs

  • Assisting the President with scheduling, correspondence, budget management, property custody, and records administration.

  • Handling authorized matters on behalf of the President.

  • Preparing official correspondence and documents in both Chinese and English.

Meeting Affairs

  • Organizing major university meetings, including the Board of Trustees, University Affairs, Administrative, and Executive Meetings.

  • Supporting key committees such as:

    • University Development Committee

    • Regulations Committee

    • Budget Committee

    • Gender Equality Education Committee

    • Faculty and Student Appeals Review Committee

  • Coordinating special committees, including the External Evaluation Advisory Committee and the University History Research Advisory Committee.

Public Relations and Media Affairs

  • Receiving and hosting university-level foreign guests.

  • Managing media relations, drafting and releasing press statements.

  • Publishing the University e-Newsletter.

  • Producing promotional materials, the institutional introduction video, and releasing campus news highlights.

Documentation Affairs

  • Overseeing university-wide correspondence and document circulation.

  • Managing official seals.

  • Maintaining and preserving institutional records and archives.

Other Institutional Responsibilities

  • Implementing and monitoring the internal control system.

  • Managing the Huai-En Digital University History Museum and compiling university historical records.

  • Ensuring disclosure of university and financial information.
