Transfer School Examination

 

Transfer, Minor, and Double Major

• Transfer

     Students in each department of this school with average grades of 70 or above each semester.

     Selection: by application document review (autobiography and transfer reason included) and interview

• Minor

     School of business and school of science: Total accumulated average grades of 70 or above..   

     School of liberal arts, school of law, and school of foreign languages: Total accumulated average grades of 75 or above.

     Prerequisite courses – Computer Program Design (3 credits) or Introduction of Information Management (3 credits).

     Mandatory courses: 12 credits – Information System Management (3 credits), System Analysis and Design (3 credits), Database Management (3 credits), Business Data Communication (3 credits).

    Selective courses: 9 optional credits

     The prerequisite courses will not be regarded as selective courses.

• Double Major

    School of Business and School of Science: Total accumulated average grades of 70 or above.    

     School of liberal arts, school of law, and school of foreign languages: Total accumulated average grades of 75 or above. 

     Prerequisite courses and their limitation - Computer Program Design (3 credits) or Introduction of Information Management (3 credits) with above 75 scores.

 

Master’s Program

Enrollment by Admissions

• Enrollment: 11 students

• Qualification: Students who graduated from domestic public or registered private universities an dhold a Bachelor’s degree.

• Application Documents

     One copy of annual transcript for highest degree. Original of annual transcript for the second highest degree is required for students of two-year continuing education program and transferred students.

     One copy of study plan (detail of further study motivation, future plan, learning plan, and self-evaluation).

     One copy of autobiography.

     Two reference letters from teacher or unit head.

     Other information favorable to review.

• Admission Method and Items

     First round review (application document review)

50% of overall grades

Comprehensive review for transcript, study plan, autobiography, reference letters, and any other favorable information.

    Second round review

50% of overall grades

It is subject to the success of first round review and based on interview.

 

5-year Undergraduate-Graduate Curriculums

 

General Examination

• Enrollment: 11 students

• Qualification

Those who submit application shall be with any of following qualification. 

1.      Graduated from domestic public or registered private college or university with Bachelor degree or above.

2.      Graduated from foreign university or independent college recognized by Ministry of Education with Bachelor degree or above.

3.      Qualified in accordance with the "Standards for Recognition of Equivalent Qualifications for University Entrance Examination” by Ministry of Education.

• Test subjects: Common subjects

10% of English

• Test subjects: Advanced subjects

60% of Computer Introduction (Information System Management included)

30% of interview

 

Executive Master’s Program

• Enrollment: 25 students

• Qualification

     Graduated from domestic public or registered private college or university with Bachelor degree or above.

     Graduated from foreign university or independent college recognized by Ministry of Education with Bachelor degree or above.

     Qualified in accordance with the "Standards for Recognition of Equivalent Qualifications for University Entrance Examination” by Ministry of Education.

     In addition to any of the above mentioned qualifications, applicant shall have at least 2 years accumulated working experience. The working experience is calculated until August 31 at current year. Please note that compulsory military service or alternative service shall not be calculated.

• Test subjects

     Application document review: 40% of overall grades with comprehensive review of study plan, autobiography, degree, working experience, and other information to proof his professional achievement.

 

   Interview: 60% of overall grades.
