In addition to all kinds of scholarships in school, in order to encourage and assist students to study hard, the instructors and alumni enthusiastically contributed to the foundation of two types of scholarships listed as follows:  

Scholarship for Members at the Department of Microbiology in Soochow University

 Students of the Department with excellent  grades

 Subsidies for the  graduates
  1. Subsidies of tuition and other fees for the 1st-grade graduates
  2. Graduation scholarship

 60,000 NTD
  1. Students graduated from the Department or certificated with equal education level from the Department can be subsidized with all tuition and other fees at the 1st grade of the graduate program.    
  2. Graduates who acquire MA degree within 1 to 2 years after admission are granted scholarship after the oral examination.

 

Thesis Contest at the Department of Microbiology in Soochow University

 Gold medal: 10,000 NTD

 Silver medal: 10,000 NTD

 Bronze medal: 10,000 NTD

 Students who complete  undergraduate thesis participate in  the contest in the 2nd semester of  their 4th grade.

 Thesis Contest for  graduates

 Gold medal: 12,000 NTD

 Silver medal: 10,000 NTD

 Bronze medal: 10,000 NTD

 Graduates who finish the oral  examination participate in the contest  in the 2nd semester.
