Responsible for the oversight and execution of the Center’s educational programs, administrative tasks and autonomous foreign language learning missions.
Responsible for the overall planning of affairs related to the Center, including administrative team oversight and management, cross-school interaction affairs, teacher assessment, application of National Science Council Research Projects, thesis review related affairs, and handling the Electronic Document Management System and meeting minutes.

Responsible for the overall planning and execution of Self-access Learning Lab affairs, as a supervisor and English consultant for Self-access Learning Lab at Waishuanxi campus, in charge of the purchase and promotion of learning materials in the Self-access Learning Labs for both campuses, managing and training the work-study student team at Waishuanxi campus, and the Center’s book recommendation for the university library.

Responsible for property management at Waishuanxi and Downtown campus, IT maintenance for language labs, course affairs related to Freshman English and Sophomore English for Downtown evening students and Sophomore English for day students, hosting language lab facility orientations and producing job aids for usage, the Center’s website maintenance, and in charge of execution of the Program of Applied English course affairs and Teaching Excellence Project and its report.
Responsible for affairs related to the achievement report of Teaching Excellence Project, Freshman English Proficiency Test, and Foreign Language Learning Passport, management of the language labs for Waishuanxi evening school, the learning materials in the Self-access Learning Lab, and course affairs of Reinforcement English I, Reinforcement English II , Freshman English, and Sophomore English for evening students.
Responsible for course affairs related to Freshman English and Sophomore English at Downtown campus (summer courses included), in charge of editing and printing the Soochow University English Learning Handbook and the Newsletter of Foreign Languages and Cultures, managing and training the work-study student team at Downtown campus and execution of Teaching Excellence Project and its report.

Responsible for course affairs at Waishuanxi campus related to Freshman English and Sophomore English, faculty body along with the delivery of textbooks including the logistic of helping convene faculty meetings for Freshman English and Sophomore English and meetings for placement and as a minutes taker for these meetings, editing self-learning handbook and execution of Teaching Excellence Project and its report.
