There are bachelor degree, master degree and continuing education in this department. There are 17 full time teachers, 67 part time teachers an d a total of 272 students. Bachelor degree is divided into piano, wind, string, voice, composition and percussion 6 groups. Master degree is divided into composition, musicology, and performance. Master‘s Program of Professional is divided into composition, musicology, performance pedagogy and music education). Aside from the general courses required for each group, other required and elective courses curriculums are also carefully planned due to groups’ different natures. 

 

Bachelor Program Courses

This department provides wide range of courses for the students to choose from in accordance with the diversification of musical art culture. We also aim to combine the music with contemporary technology to integrate the cross-field research such as the starting of the computer and music, music therapy, introduction to performing arts medicine, music industry and marketing, piano’s tuning, serving and performing arts on the upright…etc. required and elective courses. This could drive the students to have a better competitive edge in their career in this ever changing erea.
