Rules for the Use of IBSU Classroom 2524

  1. In order to facilitate the management of the classroom 2524, for those who wish to use this classroom, please register and apply with either the secretary or teaching assistant on duty in advance.
  2. Prior to the use of classroom 2524, one may request the teaching assistant on duty to open the door, or to provide the door key (only applicable for weekend use).
  3. All kinds of adhesive except 3M “command” strips are prohibited to use in the classroom. For setting posters, please use poster rack or suction cup on the white board.
  4. When finishing the use of the room, applicants shall make sure that the tables are good and clean, and that all the facilities including projector, computer, and air conditioners as well as the doors and windows are switched off and closed.
  5. Please also make sure that the key is returned if it is borrowed.
  6. Should there be any damage, the applicant shall bear the responsibility of indemnity.

  1. In order to facilitate the management of the seminar room 2328, for those who wish to use this seminar room, please register and apply with either the secretary or teaching assistant on duty in advance.
  2. Prior to the use of classroom 2524, one may request the teaching assistant on duty to open the door, or to provide the door key (only applicable for weekend use).
  3. When finishing the use of the room, applicants shall make sure that the tables are good and clean, and that all the facilities including projector, computer, and air conditioners as well as the doors and windows are switched off and closed.
  4. Please also make sure that the key is returned if it is borrowed. Duplication of the key of the seminar room 2328 is strictly prohibited.
  5. Should there be any damage, the applicant shall bear the responsibility of indemnity.
