The Evaluation Affairs Division is responsible for coordinating and implementing university-wide evaluation processes, internal quality assurance mechanisms, performance monitoring of the University Development Plan, analysis of student learning outcomes and teaching evaluation results, domestic and international university ranking affairs, and higher education data submissions. These responsibilities support the advancement of a high-quality teaching culture and ensure the ongoing improvement of teaching and learning at Soochow University.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administering university-wide evaluation processes
• Managing departmental evaluation monitoring and control processes
• Monitoring the performance of Key Results (KRs) under the University Development Plan
• Managing the operation and maintenance of the Teacher's Portfolio Platform
• Implementing and analyzing the Student Learning Outcomes Survey
• Analyzing midterm and final teaching evaluation survey results
• Coordinating faculty teaching award programs and related activities
• Coordinating data submissions to the Ministry of Education’s Higher Education Database
• Managing and verifying data on the Ministry of Education’s Higher Education Data Disclosure Platform
• Handling matters related to domestic and international university rankings (e.g., THE Impact Rankings, QS Rankings, UI GreenMetric, Clarivate rankings, and other national evaluations)
• Organizing meetings of the Sustainable Campus Promotion Committee and compiling Soochow University’s Annual Sustainability Report
