The Office of Academic Affairs comprises the Registration and Curriculum Division, Admissions Division, General Education Center, Teaching Resources Center, Bilingual Education Resource Center, and Interdisciplinary Education Center. It is responsible for university-wide academic affairs, including admissions, course scheduling, student registration, course selection, grading, the Higher Education Sprout Project, bilingual education, and interdisciplinary talent cultivation.
The Registration and Curriculum Division has offices on both campuses (with a joint office located in Room 3102, Third Academic Building, Downtown Campus). To accommodate students, alumni, and evening-class students, the division provides services during lunch hours (12:00–13:30) and extends service hours to 7:30 PM on weekdays. Other offices are open until 5:00 PM and do not offer evening services during winter/summer breaks or on holidays.
The General Education Center, Teaching Resources Center, and Interdisciplinary Education Center are located on the 5th floor of the Second Academic Building on the Waishuangxi Campus.
The Bilingual Education Resource Center is located in Room A204 on the 2nd floor of the Administration Building, Waishuangxi Campus.
