1. Use electronic campus system - community activities Systems - Associations prepare application to fill, "Soochow University Student Club prepare Application Form", with signatures of 25 sponsors.
2. The system will transmit the information to the teacher sign-off.
3. After successful prepare promoters within two months to develop charter, and held the inaugural meeting.
4.The inaugural meeting inform teacher attendance before two days.
5. The general meeting after ten days , log club relevant information on internet that was formally established.
