According to WTO Law Research Center organization Regulations, a director is appointed and responsible for promoting the center affairs, collecting related studies for education and the funding for personnel and administrative affairs. The first director was Professor Hsu-Chi Wang, School of Law, SCU (2007-2010). The second term director was Professor Kuey-Ying Catherine Li, School of Law, SCU (2010-2013). After the expiration of the term of office, Professor Hsu-Chi Wang, School of Law, has been elected the third term director and authorized by the President of SCU.
The center sets up a committee of development and decision, which is responsible for the development of research aspect, and organizes the mission of the new applications. Apart from this, the researchers of the center are formed by the professors of SCU, the Taiwan WTO & RTA Center CIER, and other experts from academia or industry. The center will invite visiting professor, distinguished research fellow and Specialist when necessary

★ Task
1. Apply for NSC Integrated project, participate in government open bid research project, and offer related training courses.
2. Cooperate with other academic institutes for information exchange and collaboration, such as the Taiwan WTO & RTA Center of Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research and European Union Law Research of National Taiwan University.
3. Provide law consultation to government department.
4. Manage domestic and international academic seminars
