Human rights are the key emphasis of a country’s policy development; it is also an international trend. In order to promote the public value and thinking of human rights, implement constitution for protecting people’s basic right, and oblige to international human rights regulation, we actively promote all kinds of activities. We organize seminars, human rights week in collaboration with human rights bachelor and master degree program to exchange information with international scholars; in the previous years, we have seen great results of such promotion.

1.人權字典(2007年由教育部指導出版,邀請本校張佛權人權研究中心、人權學程之教師如黃默、李仰桓,及國外學者Theodore Orlin、司馬晉、莊耀洸、Daniel Yu、John Balzano等人編撰。)

Human rights dictionary (Published by Ministry of Education’s guidance in 2007; it was compiled by Chang Fochuan Human rights Research Center, Human rights professors such as Huang Mo, Lee Yanghuan and foreign scholars such as Theodore Orlin, Sima Jin, Chuang Yaokuang)

There are 4 parts to this dictionary; the largest part is the international sector which includes international human rights principle, law, locale, system…etc. and other topics. Next in line is the analysis of the human rights glossary of Taiwan, Hong Kong, China based on the International standard.

2.Voice of the People, Bridge to the World (Chang Fochuan Human rights Research Center and human rights professor Huang Mo have been the editor-in-chief since 2011. We also invite SCU, Taipei Municipal University of Education, FJU, NCU, YMU, Academia Sinica as editors to public the only human rights academic publication in Taiwan. 

”Voice of the People, Bridge to the World” Contents as below:

◆(Articles):One special topic per edition and invite 3-4 articles to be presented.

◆(Human rights Forum):This sector encloses controversial academic publications and invites reviewers to give out reviews to be published simultaneously with the journals. The author will respond to the critiques to facilitate the academic debate.

◆(Research Notes):(具創見者尤佳),At this sector, we encourage the researchers to input the major thesis and opinions (Transcend is a plus) for discussion before completing the thesis.

◆(Notes from the Field):At this sector, we invite those of who that have participated in all kinds of human rights activities, topics, incidents, examples to provide their conversation and analysis of their personal experiences.

◆(Book Review Essays):Invite scholars to review important human rights books.

Human rights Newsletter: (Human rights program professors have been the directing consultant since September, 2004 to start the human rights newsletter editing plan to give the master and bachelor degree students freedom for discussion and planning based on their theory foundation in class, actual participation experience and social topics. Through this, they can edit and publish human rights newsletter to promote and strengthen their learning. 2-3 editions per year.)
