Office of Social Resource, Alumni Service and Career Development

Origin

Motivated by the "Overall university construction” concept in the US, on August 1^st, 1993 SCU was the pioneer in Taiwan to open up Office of Development and Public Relations to plan for the school’soverall development, alumni Services, social resources so the school affairs could be expanded.
　　

The office was renamed the Office of Social Resource, Alumni Service, Career Development, and Art Center on August 1^st, 2012 aiming to integrate school development via social resource gathering; in this way SCU could win more support and recognition from society to construct a collaboration platform for students and alumni to further increase the competitive advantage of SCU in the upper education field. On August 1^st, 2013, the organization was renamed again to Career Development Center , Art Center, Alumni Service and Resource Development Center to solidify the internal and external resources.

To become a professional group, with creativity and execution, in order to assist the school with arts, student career development, alumni and fundraising activities, so that SCU could become a first class university.
